Ladi Awotinde

Chief Executive Officer

Ladi is a seasoned entrepreneur, a builder and construction manager by training and kitchen maker by practice. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of; Technobuilt Concepts, Florencia Interiors and La’ Technobuilt Designs Limited (Owners of Florencia brand).  Ladi has exemplified himself in the industry as a peoples and materials manager par excellence he chooses to specialize in kitchen manufacturing and allied services as result of his passion for details, creativity and innovation.

Ladi attended St. Raphael R.C.M. Primary School Toro and had his secondary education at St. John’s Grammar School and School of Science all in Ile-Ife where he finished in 1998. In 2001, he was admitted to study Building Technology at the Federal Polytechnic Ede where he served as the Director of Project at The Federal Polytechnic Ede LEO club and equally served as the President, National Association of Building Students (NAOBS) between 2002 and 2003.

He obtained his Higher National Diploma in Building Technology, from Yaba College of Technology in 2007 where he equally served as the President of Yaba LEO Club from 2005 to 2007. He later acquired his Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure in 2012. He is currently a master`s student of Project Management at the University of Roehampton, London. He is an alumnus of the Entrepreneur Development Center (EDC) of Lagos Business School.

Although a consummate entrepreneur, he briefly worked with Jide Taiwo & Co between 2003 and 2004 and had a stint with Nidaco Nigeria Limited with his major assignment on the MM2 airport construction project between 2006 and 2007. He also supervised the construction of the pioneer CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) station on Sapele Road Benin City owned by NIPCO.

He took much interest in giving back to the society at large; he is doing this activity through his active participation in The Lions Club International. He was the President of the Yaba Lions club in the 2014/2015 Lions year after serving in several capacities in the club.

Ladi is a recipient of several awards and honors including the Melvin Jones Fellowship.
